PERAGO DESIGNS

This South Florida oceanfront condominium has incredible expansive ocean and intracoastal views with bright light and transitional surfaces.  The owner wanted a contemporary but warm, elegant feel.  

This 8,000 sf project was the renovation of a private home that was destroyed by a fire.   The structure was gutted to the studs, a second floor 2,000 sf master bedroom added and dramatically reconfigured the entire triple-split design in a Tuscany-themed home with theater & wine cellar

This  building was a 1986-built, 2 floor, 33,000 square foot project.   Completely gutted to the studs, the previously empty, dated, single tenant property was redeveloped and renovated into a four suite, modern, high-technology property.  

This 5,800 sf project was a furnishing and decor refresh of a Mediterranean-themed executive home.
